服务内容The service
Catalyst Desk（下称「本服务」）通过电子邮件与网页向订阅者提供美股市场信息、派生指标与说明性文字。本服务是出版物与数据展示，不是投资顾问、经纪商或交易平台。Catalyst Desk (the "Service") delivers US-equity market information, derived indicators and explanatory text to subscribers by e-mail and on the web. The Service is a publication and a data display, not an investment adviser, broker or trading venue.
账户与访问Accounts and access
免费邮件订阅需双重确认；实时观察名单按账户授权，登录码仅限账户持有人使用，不得共享账户或凭据。我们可在滥用或违反本条款时暂停或终止访问，并以邮件通知。Free e-mail subscriptions require double opt-in. Live Watchlist access is granted per account; sign-in codes are for the account holder only, and accounts or credentials may not be shared. We may suspend or end access for abuse or breach of these terms, with notice by e-mail.
资格Eligibility
使用者须年满 18 周岁并具备完全民事行为能力，为自己或所在交易台的内部使用而订阅。使用者应如实告知其是否属于交易所数据规则所定义的专业用户；专业用户对实时数据的使用可能需要额外授权，运营方可据此调整访问。Users must be at least 18 and have full legal capacity, subscribing for their own or their desk's internal use. Users must state truthfully whether they are professional users under exchange market-data rules; professional use of real-time data may require additional authorisation, and we may adjust access accordingly.
订阅与取消Subscriptions and cancellation
免费订阅可随时通过邮件中的退订链接取消，立即生效。Pro 访问目前为邀请制、按账号开通，来信取消后访问即停止；付费条款将在公布价格时一并公布，并自公布之日起适用。Free subscriptions can be cancelled any time through the unsubscribe link, effective immediately. Pro access is currently by invitation and granted per account; it ends once you cancel by e-mail. Paid terms will be published together with pricing and apply from that date.
费用与计费Fees and billing
免费档无费用。Pro 目前为邀请制、按账号开通，卡片支付尚未开放，因此目前不存在自动续费、按比例折算或退款条款；支付上线当日，价格与计费条款会同步公布在本页与定价区块。Free carries no fee. Pro is currently by invitation and granted per account; card payments are not open, so no auto-renewal, proration or refund term exists today. On the day payments go live, pricing and billing terms will be published here and in the pricing block.
可接受使用Acceptable use
内容与数据仅供订阅账户持有人及运营方为其开通的席位内部使用，不得在席位之外转发、再分发、出售、抓取或用于训练模型；不得干扰服务运行或规避访问控制。Content and data are for the subscribing account holder and the seats we enable for that desk; they may not be forwarded beyond those seats, redistributed, sold, scraped or used to train models. Do not interfere with the Service or circumvent access controls.
知识产权Intellectual property
本服务的本体、指标、文字、布局与商标归 Catalyst Desk 所有；订阅不转让任何权利。The Service's ontology, indicators, text, layout and marks belong to Catalyst Desk; a subscription transfers no rights.
第三方数据Third-party data
行情与新闻数据来自第三方供应方并受其条款约束；本服务不保证其连续、完整或准确，使用者不得再分发。Market and news data come from third-party providers under their own terms; the Service does not warrant their continuity, completeness or accuracy, and users may not redistribute them.
免责与责任限制Disclaimers and limitation of liability
本服务按「现状」提供，不保证准确、完整、及时或不中断。在法律允许的最大范围内，Catalyst Desk 不对任何交易损失或间接损失负责。The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalyst Desk is not liable for trading losses or indirect damages.
