The share
The US-listed share: its premarket, regular and after-hours prints, and the last extended-hours print while the tape is dark.
Cross-market event pricing · listed share × on-chain synthetic perp × outcome market
Catalysts don't keep office hours. Every minute the listed tape is dark, an on-chain synthetic perpetual is pricing it anyway. CatalystDesk pins one name's three prices — the share, the on-chain perp, the outcome market — to a single row: which moved first, how wide the gap, what open the odds imply. Every item carries a time-stamp and an 'as of' clock. It is decision support for a person, and it carries no trade instruction.
Manifesto
Markets don't wait for you, and they don't wait for the bell. News lands on a Saturday, price trades on-chain, and Monday's gap is already written — most people just can't read it. We don't predict. We don't call trades. We never touch your money, your keys or your orders. We do one thing: pin one name's price across three markets and let the time-stamps talk — how wide, who moved first, how many seconds are left. Those who can see it move first. Those who can't are the liquidity.
The cross-market layer
We wait for nobody's permission and need none: a public on-chain book is indexed the moment it appears, bound by name and verified by price — a binding that fails the check never emits an alert. Below are the three quantities this layer reads and the one session it adds. The page gives names and readings, never the arithmetic; everything is an algorithm's measurement of public data, not a trade instruction.
The US-listed share: its premarket, regular and after-hours prints, and the last extended-hours print while the tape is dark.
A permissionlessly deployed synthetic perpetual that trades around the clock: mark, oracle, funding and book depth. It is not a share and carries no shareholder right.
Binary markets struck on price levels. Their odds are the probability the crowd has written on the next open.
How far the on-chain perp sits from the equity reference — measured on the side of the book that can actually be crossed, net of signed funding and of round-trip cost. When nothing survives cost, the cell is blank.
The window, after the share jumps, in which the on-chain oracle and book have not caught up — and how far behind the book is inside it. When the window closes the reading goes to zero.
The ladder of binary odds backed out into one implied forward and set against the last close: the gap the crowd has already written for the next open. Thin or wide books leave the cell blank.
Beyond premarket, opening, regular and closing lies every hour the listed tape is dark while the chain keeps trading. It is not one regime: in the post-close echo an after-hours print still anchors the read; in the overnight and weekend voids the equity reference is an anchor whose confidence decays with time, and the on-chain book is the only price; at the handoff the premarket tape returns and the anchor is re-based. A thin book raises the bar for any trigger, and a void book produces none. All times are US Eastern (ET).
The public tape is empty right now. The realtime tape ships with Pro Lite and Desk Alpha.
This page offers no redirect and places no order; it names no venue, deployer or oracle and is the agent or affiliate of none. On-chain derivatives are restricted in some jurisdictions; whether you may use them is yours to determine.
The foundation · four objects
Four objects define everything on all three surfaces. It is not three products sharing a brand; it is three surfaces sharing one set of books. What follows are the property names you will actually see in the product — not the arithmetic behind them.
| Premarket Brief | Event Radar | Live Watchlist | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Symbol | an entry in the float-tiered gap screen | a ranked candidate | a row, plus a per-symbol detail panel |
| Session | the pre-open snapshot of the session | a session-phase-aware setup taxonomy | the session label, and imbalance columns that populate in auction windows only |
| Catalyst | reference facts for names with overnight catalysts | the catalyst-class chip and an AI-assisted plain-language deep read | the context in which this row is being watched today |
| Signal | reference facts such as gap-fill tendencies | the setup taxonomy and the conviction matrix | columns such as Trend, Reversion, T15 Ride, Gap Lean and Playbook |
Four surfaces
The name you read in the brief before the open is the same object in the intraday issue, the same row on the live page and the same line on the cross-market tape. Upgrading is not another product; it opens one more surface onto the same system.
E-mail · issued during US market hours · from a minute-cadence scan, so the number of issues varies with the day
E-mail issues during US market hours, from a minute-cadence scan across US equities: ranked candidates with a catalyst-class chip, a session-phase-aware setup taxonomy, an options context block and an AI-assisted plain-language deep read — each issue with an 'as of' clock and one-click unsubscribe.
E-mail · once every trading day · delivered roughly 08:45–09:10 ET, before the open
One e-mail every trading day before the open, delivered roughly between 08:45 and 09:10 ET: market-wide and S&P 500 gap and regime context, a float-tiered gap screen, and reference facts for names with overnight catalysts.
Web page · updates about once per second during the session · imbalance columns populate in auction windows only
A web page that updates about once per second during the session, mirroring the desk's own watchlist: ranked symbols, a per-symbol detail panel and bilingual labels. Sign-in by e-mail code; access is granted per account and sessions are per account.
This site and a messenger tape · around the clock · ten minutes delayed on Free, realtime from Pro Lite
Dislocation alerts across the share, the on-chain synthetic perp and the outcome market: trigger state, basis dislocation, implied gap, session and liquidity labels. Once the messenger bot opens, a community owner can carry the same tape into their own group under their own brand.
Data, method and cadence
Data: consolidated real-time US equities and options market data from institutional-grade feeds, updated continuously through the session. Method: a proprietary catalyst ontology and regime models, with AI-assisted plain-language reads of filings and news. The table below is a verifiable service-level statement — what form, how often, in which window.
Consolidated real-time US equities and options data from institutional-grade feeds; pages and e-mails carry an as-of clock, and on the Live Watchlist the Data status column labels delayed or stale data.
A proprietary catalyst ontology and regime models do the ranking and classification; AI-assisted reads explain in plain language and never decide for you.

Anatomy of the two e-mails
The figure is a wireframe, not a screenshot: no real issue, no real numbers, and no internal threshold, parameter or window length appears anywhere on this page. Candidates are ranked by the desk's read; the order is a reading aid, not a priority instruction.
Live Watchlist · the column dictionary
It updates about once per second during the session and mirrors the desk's own watchlist. Sign-in is by e-mail code, access is granted per account, and sessions are per account. The Data status column labels delayed or stale data explicitly. What each column means is explained inside the product after sign-in — this page publishes no formula, threshold, parameter or window length. That is policy, not an omission.
| Synth Trigger | Synth Premium | BDA | Implied Gap | Catalyst Grade | Funding APR | Synth Liquidity | Perp | Data status |

Boundaries
The boundary is stated in the body rather than left to the footer, because readers often arrive mid-page from an anchor. The lines below are product claims and disclaimers at the same time.
Nothing on any surface is a trade instruction; it is decision support for a person. If that boundary suits you, here are the three tiers.
The wallet-unlock channel is being commissioned and is not open yet. What follows describes how it will work once it opens; you can register by e-mail now and we will notify you, in order of registration, the day it does.
Pricing
The on-chain view (Pro Lite) carries no monthly subscription and will unlock by connecting your own wallet — that channel is being commissioned and is not open yet; you can register by e-mail now. Once it opens: you make a one-time approval of a very small builder fee to the desk's on-chain channel, charged by the venue only when you actually route an order through it; the realtime on-chain view then stays free for that address for as long as the approval stands, and if you never trade you pay nothing. The full Desk Alpha terminal carries licensed third-party market data and is arranged per seat by e-mail. We touch no private key, hold no funds and match no orders.
$0 · No card required
Free with a wallet / tiny channel fee
$99 / month · $890 / year
Cancelling: for Free, use the unsubscribe link in any e-mail, effective immediately; Desk Alpha seats, pricing and cancellation are agreed by e-mail. Once the on-chain view (Pro Lite) opens it will be driven by an on-chain approval you can revoke in your own wallet at any time, after which the address loses the on-chain view at its next check; the channel fee is charged by the venue on your own fills — we never charge your card — so there is no payment to us to refund. Prices are in USD.

The button takes you to the subscribe page. Once you leave an address, one thing happens: a confirmation e-mail goes out, and the subscription starts only when you click the link inside it. We send from alerts@catalystdesk.ai — worth adding to your contacts so it stays out of the spam folder. Free covers both e-mail products, no card required, and every e-mail carries a one-click unsubscribe.
Free covers two e-mail products. The Premarket Brief: one e-mail every trading day before the open, delivered roughly between 08:45 and 09:10 ET. Event Radar: e-mail issues during US market hours, from a minute-cadence scan; how many arrive depends on the day, and there is no fixed quota. Pro adds the Live Watchlist web page, which updates about once per second during the session.
Every hour the listed share is dark while its on-chain synthetic perpetual keeps trading: the post-close echo, the overnight, weekend and holiday voids, and the handoff when the premarket tape returns. In that time the equity reference is an anchor whose confidence decays, and every reading labels which anchor it used and how confident it is; a thin book raises the bar for a trigger and a void book produces none. All times are US Eastern (ET).
None. We index public data. We are not the agent, affiliate or partner of any venue, deployer, oracle or market, and none endorses us; we operate, list, deploy and settle no market. We touch no private key, hold no funds and match no orders. If you choose the optional on-chain channel, orders are signed in your own wallet and go straight to the protocol; the protocol may then pay us a channel fee you approve yourself and a referral share — shown before you sign, and set out under the compensation disclosure in the Disclaimer.
(The channel is not open yet — this is how it will work once it is; you can register by e-mail meanwhile.) It is one on-chain approval — not a subscription and not a volume hurdle. In your own wallet you sign a plain-text message proving the address is yours (no transfer, no order) and approve a small builder fee for the desk's on-chain channel; once the desk reads that approval from the public on-chain record, the address unlocks the realtime on-chain view. The venue charges the fee, at the rate you approved, only on orders you actually fill through the channel — if you never trade you pay nothing, and we never charge a card. The desk re-confirms the approval periodically; you can revoke it in your wallet at any time, and the address then loses the on-chain view at its next check. The channel opens by jurisdiction and is not offered in restricted ones.
The bot is opening in batches; write to alerts@catalystdesk.ai to be early. Once it is open: add the messenger bot as an administrator of your group, send one bind command and confirm the terms, and the delayed tape starts; every alert carries your brand and your own referral link, and the referral revenue from that link is entirely yours — we take none of it. When enough members of the group hold paid seats, the whole group moves to the realtime tape. The link is supplied by you and is your responsibility, and your community must not be directed at persons in restricted jurisdictions.
The e-mails, the Live Watchlist and the cross-market tape are a publication and a data display, and you may subscribe as usual. The optional on-chain channel is not offered to persons in the United States, mainland China or any other jurisdiction that restricts such products, so Trade to Unlock does not apply either; we do not help anyone circumvent a venue's or a regulator's restrictions.
No. Everything on all three surfaces is human decision support — market information and analysis. We issue no trade instruction, we do not connect to brokerage accounts, we place no orders, and we do not assess anyone's circumstances or give personalised advice. Every decision, order and outcome remains the user's own.
Consolidated real-time US equities and options market data from institutional-grade feeds, updated continuously through the session. We do not name any market-data feed, news source, broker or model provider — that is how we treat supplier relationships generally, and it says nothing about data quality. The way to judge the data is to look at the page: every surface is time-stamped and carries an 'as of' clock, and on the Live Watchlist the Data status column labels delayed or stale data.
The catalyst ontology and the regime models are our own work, and publishing their arithmetic would degrade it. We state this as explicit policy rather than leaving it vague: the marketing pages carry names and artefacts only — catalyst classes, setup taxonomies, column names. No formula, threshold, window length or weight appears on them. What each column means is explained inside the product after sign-in.
The Live Watchlist labels affected rows as delayed or stale — that is what the Data status column is for — and the content of an e-mail carries its own time-stamps, so you can always tell when a reading was taken. The service-status strip on this page answers one question only: whether the Live Watchlist service is reachable right now — reachable, explicitly unavailable, or unconfirmed from here. It says nothing about the freshness of any individual symbol.
(The channel is not open yet — this is how it will work once it is; you can register by e-mail meanwhile.) On the Live Watchlist page click “Connect Wallet to Unlock”, connect your own wallet, sign to prove the address is yours and make the one-time approval of the desk's on-chain builder fee; once the desk reads the public on-chain approval it unlocks the realtime on-chain view for that address. No trades, no fee. The full Desk Alpha terminal (with licensed data) is arranged by e-mail to alerts@catalystdesk.ai.
(The channel is not open yet — this is how it will work once it is; you can register by e-mail meanwhile.) Free is $0. The on-chain view (Pro Lite) unlocks free with a wallet — you pay only a tiny builder fee to the venue on fills routed through the desk's channel, and we never charge your card; no trades means no cost at all. The full Desk Alpha terminal carries licensed third-party data and is quoted per seat by e-mail (non-professional $99 / month, $890 / year; professional seats on request). Prices are in USD.
(The channel is not open yet — this is how it will work once it is; you can register by e-mail meanwhile.) Free: click the unsubscribe link in any e-mail, effective immediately. On-chain view (Pro Lite): revoke the builder-fee approval in your own wallet — the address loses the on-chain view at its next check; we never charge your card, so there is no payment to us to refund. Desk Alpha: write to alerts@catalystdesk.ai.
No. Free is two complete e-mail products — nothing is downgraded and no second-class data is substituted. The difference between the tiers is the form of delivery: Free gets the e-mails, Pro adds the live web page.
Every time on this site and in the products is US Eastern (ET) and is written with the ET suffix, so it converts cleanly. We send from alerts@catalystdesk.ai; adding it to your contacts helps. Subscription is double opt-in: you first receive a confirmation e-mail and the subscription starts only when you click the link inside it — a step that also helps later deliverability.
The Live Watchlist and this site ship Simplified Chinese above English — column labels, the detail panel and this page; the e-mails are Chinese-first with standard market terms (VWAP, TSMA, RVOL and the like) kept in English. It runs in the browser with nothing to install. Access is granted per account and sessions are per account, so teams should request one seat per person.
No. The product issues no trade instructions, so there are no outcomes to attribute to it; any win-rate or return figure would contradict that. What we can offer instead are verifiable facts — delivery cadence, time-stamping and status labelling — all stated on this page so you can check them yourself.
