Operator

CatalystDesk is operated by BANFF MANAGEMENT DATA ANALYSIS LIMITED (班夫管理數據分析有限公司), a Hong Kong company, Flat/Rm 1911, Lee Garden One, 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

Not investment advice

All content is for information and education only, is not tailored to anyone's circumstances, and is not investment, legal or tax advice nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security.

Risk

Trading securities and options carries substantial risk, including loss of all capital; intraday trading is especially risky. Make your own decisions and consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

No performance claims

We publish and imply no returns, hit rates or performance; historical patterns and analogues do not predict future results.

AI-assisted content

Some text (such as plain-language reads of filings and news) is generated with AI assistance. It may contain errors or omissions and is neither a verification of any fact nor a recommendation of any action. Rely on the original filings and your own judgement.

Three red lines

The Service touches no private key, holds no funds and matches no orders. We never hold, generate or recover any user's private key or seed phrase; never receive, keep or move any user's funds; never receive, route, match or co-sign any order. If you use the optional on-chain channel, the order is signed inside your own wallet and submitted directly to the protocol; the Service's servers are not on that path.

Objective algorithmic presentation

Every reading of the cross-market layer (synth premium, basis dislocation, oracle latency, implied gap, trigger state, liquidity and session labels) is computed mechanically by one algorithm from public data, identically for every subscriber, and does not change with anyone's positions, fee arrangements or commercial relationships. They are measurements — not forecasts, ratings, recommendations or trade instructions; a trigger state describes a relationship between data, not advice to act.

Third-party protocols, venues and markets

The Service indexes public on-chain and outcome-market data. It is not the agent, affiliate or partner of any venue, market deployer, oracle provider or outcome market, and none endorses it; it operates, lists, deploys and settles no market. Contract identifiers appear on the page only as far as naming them requires. An on-chain synthetic perpetual is not a share and carries no shareholder right; leveraged positions can be liquidated and are exposed to oracle, funding, basis and book-liquidity risk, most of all while the listed market is closed. Such products are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions; whether you may use them is yours to determine. The optional on-chain channel is not offered to persons in the United States, mainland China or any other jurisdiction that restricts such products, and we do not help anyone circumvent a venue's or a regulator's restrictions.

Compensation disclosure

If you choose the optional on-chain channel, the protocol may pay us a channel fee that you approve yourself in your own wallet on orders filled through it, and may pay us a referral share; the rate is shown before you sign and you may revoke the approval at any time. That is a conflict of interest and is disclosed as one; the computation and display of cross-market readings do not change because of it. Trade to Unlock exchanges one on-chain approval for the on-chain view; it is not a reward or inducement to trade. In white-label community tapes the referral link is supplied by, and is the responsibility of, the community owner; referral revenue from that link belongs to the community owner and the Service receives none of it; separately, part of the builder fee generated by members who arrived through a community's card is booked to that community owner's rebate ledger — the community owner therefore has a financial interest in members' trading, which is disclosed here as well.

Conflicts of interest

Everything this site delivers is produced automatically by algorithms; it is neither an instruction to buy or sell any security nor tailored investment advice. The operator and its affiliated desk trade for their own account and may hold or trade securities or options mentioned in the Service without disclosing each position; the operator does not front-run the names on the watchlist in a way that conflicts with subscribers' interests and does not alter the algorithmic output because of its own positions. “Mirrors the desk's own watchlist” means the output of the objective algorithmic ruleset and event ontology run by the automated microstructure Event Radar — not anyone's positions or trading intentions.

Data

Data may be delayed, missing or erroneous; derived indicators are model outputs and can be wrong. The indicators the Service delivers (RVOL, gap lean, T15 state, catalyst-ontology labels, setup reads and the like) are Proprietary Derived Data from our own algorithms; the last price, volume, VWAP and auction-window imbalance values on the Live Watchlist come from third-party market-data providers, remain their property and are displayed under their terms; the Service retransmits no order-book depth (Level 2) data and no raw per-trade or per-quote stream. Every surface shows an as-of clock.
